Maxxis ATV Zilla 24x8-12 6PLY 40J MU01

Meet the Maxxis ATV Zilla 24x8-12 6PLY MU01 — a purpose-built mud tire engineered to push your ATV to its limits. With rugged 6-ply construction and a bold, self-cleaning tread, this tire is designed for riders who tackle soft soils, slick dunes, and rocky approaches with confidence.

• 6-ply durability means superior puncture resistance when you roll over roots, stones, and debris—a must for long, tough rides.
• Aggressive, self-cleaning tread fights mud buildup and maintains traction on soft ground, clay, or wet grass.
• Enhanced shoulder grip with wrap-around side lugs for reliable bite on steep banks and side slopes.
• Size and compatibility fits 12-inch wheels on ATVs (tire size 24x8-12), providing a stable footprint and predictable handling.
• Performance rating MU01 model with a 40J load/speed profile—adequate load capacity with speed capability up to about 62 mph (100 km/h) for smoother highway times between off-road sessions.

Designed for mud enthusiasts and rugged trail riders, the Zilla MU01 excels in:

• Mud bogging and wet dirt trails
• Rocky washouts and root-strewn paths
• Hunting or farm work where dependable, heavy-duty tires matter
• Rides where a stable, lower-air-pressure footprint improves traction and flotation

Practical care and setup tips: To maximize traction in soft ground, run lower tire pressures within the manufacturer’s guidelines; ensure balanced air pressure across all tires to preserve handling; inspect for wear and punctures after rough terrain, and rotate as needed to even out wear.

Choosing the Maxxis Zilla 24x8-12 MU01 means opting for a tire that blends robustness with real-world capability. It’s the confident choice for ATV enthusiasts who demand traction, durability, and predictable performance across mud, dirt, and challenging terrain.
