Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) after payment is received.
Orders placed before 12pm AWST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery times (Australia-wide):
· Standard Shipping:
Same state: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
· Express Shipping:
Same state: 1-2+ business days
Interstate: 1-3+ business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier performance.
E-Scooter & Heavy Item Shipping Due to the size, weight, lithium batteries, and handling requirements of e-scooters, standard shipping rates do not apply to these products.
· E-scooters attract specific shipping fees based on the destination.
· The total shipping cost for e-scooters will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
By purchasing an e-scooter, you acknowledge and accept these shipping conditions.
Remote & Regional Locations In some cases, regional or remote locations may incur higher shipping charges. These charges are calculated automatically based on your postal code and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carriers We use trusted Australian carriers, including but not limited to:

· Courier services selected based on order size and destination
Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Tracking Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
Delivery Delays Entertainment Konnections is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier or postal delays, weather events, peak delivery periods, and public holidays. These delays do not constitute a breach of contract under Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Items (Australian Consumer Law) Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the damage (if applicable)
We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with ACL. This policy does not limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
